In addition to Copyright Collective of Canada (CCC), there are 8 other retransmission collectives.

Border Broadcasters Inc. (BBI) administers Canadian retransmission royalties for programs owned by certain U.S. commercial television stations. Other collectives represent Canadian stations, U.S. public broadcasters and Canadian and U.S. networks.

Canadian Broadcasters Rights Agency (CBRA) administers Canadian retransmission royalties for programs and signal compilations owned by private Canadian commercial radio and television broadcasters and for the privately-owned affiliates of the CBC/SRC.

Canadian Retransmission Collective (CRC) administers Canadian retransmission royalties for independently-produced Canadian content television programs and music videos in such programs; Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), Radio-France Outremer (RFO), educational broadcasters in Canada (except Télé-Québec); and producers and broadcasters from outside North America.

Canadian Retransmission Right Association (CRRA) administers Canadian retransmission royalties for radio and television programs and compilations owned by broadcasters: CBC/SRC, Télé-Québec, ABC, CBS, and NBC.

Direct Response Television Collective (DRTVC) administers Canadian retransmission royalties for infomercials.

FWS Joint Sports Claimants (FWS) administers Canadian retransmission royalties for games between teams of the CFL, NBA, NFL, and the NHL except for those games for which a television network is the copyright owner.

Major League Baseball Collective of Canada Inc. (MLB) administers Canadian retransmission royalties for games between major league baseball teams.

The Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN) administers retransmission royalties for musical works on radio and television signals retransmitted in Canada.
